What DFS Benchmark collects, and what it does with it. Last updated Oct 2, 2026.

What we collect

  • Weekly email sign-ups: your email address.
  • Contact form: your name, email, company (if you give one) and message.
  • Visit statistics: we count visits with Plausible Analytics. It records which pages are viewed, the site that sent you, your browser, operating system and device type, your approximate location (country, region and city), and when a form is sent, but not what's in it. It doesn't use cookies or store IP addresses, and we only see totals.
  • Server logs: our host keeps standard request logs, such as IP address and browser type, to run and secure the site.

The site doesn't set cookies, and we don't use advertising trackers or ad networks.

How we use it

To send the weekly email you asked for and to reply to your messages. We don't sell, rent or share your personal information for anyone else's marketing.

Where it's stored

The site and its forms are hosted by Netlify. Visit statistics are kept by Plausible Analytics, on servers in the EU. If we use an email service to send the weekly email, your address is stored there too.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. To have your information deleted, write to us through the contact form.

Data from DFS companies

How we handle files from the tools we grade is covered in section 9 of the rulebook.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
